Telehealth This service is currently in the pilot project phase. For any new referrals in July - September 2026, Emma is offering a one-off cost special of $95 per session for 4 weeks - total cost $380. This is so that families can decide if this is the right fit, without the pressure to lock in to ongoing sessions. This service can include both Neurologic Music Therapy®️ and Client Centered Music Therapy approaches.

Please note: Final pricing depends on session type, location, funding arrangement, group size, and travel requirements. A clear quote can be provided after an initial conversation.

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee.
Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee. For Clients paid up for the term at The Nest, missed appointments may be able to be rescheduled, dependent on availability

Illness or Emergencies
We understand unexpected situations arise. If you or your child are unwell or an urgent matter occurs, please contact Emma as soon as possible. Compassionate and flexible approaches will be taken wherever possible.

Clinician Cancellations
If Emma needs to cancel a session, there will be no charge, and we will aim to reschedule at a convenient time for you. In the case where the session cannot be rescheduled, pre-paid clients will be reimbursed for the cost of the session .
